I'm happy to once again have some of my music on MTV's hit show "16 & Pregnant". The song is called "Forgetting Time", and it's essentially downtempo rock (a la Sigur Ros) with lots of atmosphere and a dreamy, melancholic mood. I wrote/produced this piece in Fall of 2009.

New Erik Haddad Music: Tension Rising
I have a new piece of music called "Tension Rising" available for licensing...It's an intense CSI-styled cue with ultra modern electronic drums/percussion and atmospheric pads for an eerie ambiance. Gradual buildup and release, with steady pulsating focus. Great for crime mystery, investigations, time running out, brooding suspense, etc.

I have a new piece of music called "Casanova Tango" available for licensing...It's a fun tango-inspired cue with pizzicato string quartet, piano, accordion, light percussion, etc. Lot's of suave mischief in this one, making it great for romantic comedy, Sex And The City type shows, etc.

New Erik Haddad Music Video
Here's a new music video I put together for a piano + string quartet piece I did called "Gray Season". The black and white fall season pictures, which were provided by my brother Laitham Haddad, compliment the melancholic music perfectly.

East Meets East - Original Music by Erik Haddad
Here's a promotional YouTube video I put together for one of my music tracks called "East Meets East". This one's a little tough to classify...I gave it it's title based on the fact that it includes Japanese instrumentation such as koto and shakuhachi, but the melodies are more Middle Eastern. Of course, there's plenty of Western ideas in there too, so I guess we can just call it documentary music or something! As always, you can license my music for use in your projects. Summon Your Courage
Here's a promotional YouTube video I put together for one of my music tracks called "Summon Your Courage". It's a dramatic soundtrack that would work well in a Gladiator-styled epic movie score or trailer. As always, you can license my music for use in your projects. Visit my website Erik Haddad Music

MTV's 16 & Pregnant
One of my music tracks has been placed in an episode of MTV's show 16 & Pregnant.
"MTV knows by now, when they need music for their teen mama-drama, they must look no further than Music Dealers. In no exceptional situation, Erik's melancholic, down–tempo instrumental helps the 16 & Pregnant folks bring the emotion home—from the hospital to the crib, Music Dealers delivers." - Music Dealers
You can listen to the track here.

My music in "Mystery Case Files: Dire Grove" Soundtrack
My original composition "Returning Memories" has been used in the music soundtrack for the PC game "Mystery Case Files: Dire Grove". It's a haunting solo piano piece with a unique reverse echo effect.

PranaVayu Yoga DVD Music
I just completed the music to an upcoming yoga DVD, and I think it's going to turn out awesome!
David Magone, the founder of PranaVayu Yoga in Boston, contacted me after hearing some of my music online and asked if I'd be interested in doing the music for DVD, which is due out this summer. David's program has been featured in tons of publications, and he was listed in the top 25 studios in the world by Travel + Leisure Magazine.
I would describe the music as a mix of atmospheric rock, downtempo/electronic, and new age...a pretty unique blend of sounds. In the end I think the result will be a cool, modern twist on the normal things you'd expect to hear in a typical yoga video.
I'll be sure to post a link to the finished DVD once it's available.
